Dooms Chapel Horror / The Hunt dual review

The short film 'The Hunt' was a short found footage film that eventually Digivolved into the one and a half film that we'll be talking about shortly, the Dooms Chapel Horror. This film enthusiast named Steven gives exposition as to how a number of cows ended being being killed in this local town, then people started to go missing, most turning up torn apart. Steven goes to the police hall where the Sheriff has gathered a ton of hunters together to go find whatever's been attacking their people and go blow its head up. Steven runs into his friend Dennie, hoping to get the event on tape.

Nostalgia Disruption fake game mockup

NOSTALGIA DISRUPTION is a (fictional) up-to-three-vs-three fighting game pitting some of the most well-known (and not so well known) heroes and villains from the 1980s and 1990s against each other in a bizarre new world ruled by the villainous Lord Disruptor. (Hence the name, he's literally disrupting nostalgia.) Nostalgia Disruption launches with 100 playable characters, before DLC, each character having at least one additional costume, some of which with different voice packs. You can pick a team of either one, two or three fighters, with optional assist characters (those circular mugshots) available. Each character can be equipped with up to two super moves and one Ultimate attack, with additional super moves and abilities unlocked throughout playing the game, all in-game currency. The traditional arcade mode is available to play, plus a vast and expansive story mode, the final boss being Lord Disruptor himself, in multiple forms. There will also be a mode where you play through individual stories for each character, given more insight into their motivations through the main story. In the story mode you'll have to play the teams you're given, but if you beat story mode and play it a second time, you'll be given the option to play a harder mode, where you can pick all unlocked characters for your teams for any fight, plus face off with more than one secret boss. The main story mode is a game onto itself, as you discover the world that Lord Disruptor has created, you'll learn just how and why each character arrived and if they choose to oppose or fight an omnipotent threat.

The roster consists of; Popeye the Sailor, "Wizard' Daffy Duck, 'King' Bugs Bunny, Batman, Spider-Man, Rock-Em Sock-Em Robot, Shaggy & Scooby-Doo, Garfield the cat, Inspector Gadget, Snake-Eyes, He-Man, Skeletor, Faker, Optimus Prime, Megatron, Storm-Shadow, Miyamoto Usagi, Michelangelo, Raphael, Donatello, Leonardo, Goku, Baxter Stockman, Peter Venkman, Egon Spengler, Ray Stantz, Winston Zeddemore, Bucky O' Hare, Jenny the Cat, Lion-O, Mumm-Ra, She-Ra, Hordak, The Tick, Pirate Lion, Gruseom Gator, General Patant, Piccolo, The Shredder, Krang, Vegeta, Venom, Bulletproof, Krulos, Bettlejuice, Burgerdier General, Frieza, Alita, Speedy Cerviche, Slash, Muckoid, Darkwing Duck, Negaduck, Mentor, Pinky & the Brain, Zack, Kimberly, Billy, Trini, Jason, Goldar, Tommy, Bad Mr. Frosty, Sauron, Diablo, Lord Zedd, Goliath, Ripster, Servo, Lipsyncher, Freakazoid, Dinobot, Megatron, Optimus Primal, Agumon, Gabumon, Jangutz Kahn, Onyx Primal, Myotismon, Black Agumon, Black Gabumon, Samurai Jack, Jacqui Briggs, Fulgore (Xbox exclusive), The Surfing Waffle, the Heart Wafflette, Grandfather, The Hollow Waffle, Pyrotzki, Mardiel, Waffleblades, Dark Waffleblades, Waffley, Reese, Awfully, Iridescent, Phosphorous, Modnar, Gideon and Lord Disruptor himself. Oh, and random select. And, aside from Fulgore and my OCs, all the characters have been listed in order of the year of their debut, Popeye debuted in 1929, Miss Briggs in 2015.

So, yeah, this was the original idea behind the mugshots.
