I'm 32 years old. Where does the time go? Isn't that what one always says? Where does the time go?
I made a commitment in September to write at least one blog post a month to insure that there would not be any more large gaps in time between posts. (Plus text takes up a heck of a lot less space than pixels do.)

Inktober collage coming soon
Rather than fill up this blog with thirty one more images (well, it's more like half that amount at the moment), I thought maybe I'd just make one big collage to share.
Anyone who would like to view my Inktober drawings on deviantArt or Instagram may see them here and here.
I hope everyone's having fun drawing and playing with ink and getting ready for Halloween!

Waffley Bloggin'
So, I figure, I should commit to writing one blog post a month. That way, there won't be weeks and weeks and weeks of no content.
First thing I want to talk about is that I am trying to take advantage of tumblr's usefulness, so I created a tumblr blog just for comics. http://waffleywebcomic.tumblr.com/
Since I do not have new pages to post (yet), I thought that maybe I ought to post my older work, as a way to chronicle how far I've come. I plan on returning to the Surfing Waffle webcomic, with a few other stories here and there. I don't know when it'll happen, but I want it to happen. Even if the final product turned out meh, I always enjoyed the comic-making process.
Finally, I've made a fitness blog on tumblr as well, but there's no progress there just yet. Heh...not a lot of topics this time around. Hopefully that'll change next time around!

AVERAGE FIGHTER fighting screen
My opponent was a no-show. I'd run too if my opponent was as big as a waterfall lol.
I know. I'm silly.

AVERAGE FIGHTER selection screen

When reading from my bucket list, there's two specific ideas on the top of the 'gaming' section. To make a fighting game, and to use digitized sprites in a game. Now, by digitized sprites, I mean to have an actor act out the moves of the character in front of a green screen. The best examples of which would be the first three entries in the Mortal Kombat franchise. So, why the title 'Average Fighter'? Well, it came from a joke I made on Facebook, on how there should be a fighting game with everyday people, like an old Granny, or
a lifeguard. And since then, the name just stuck with my concept for a fighting game. I purposely kept the idea of 'averageness' when I choose the fonts and the look of the fighting game screen. The joke now being that the game's called 'Average Fighter' yet the content is anything but. I'm not entirely sure it turned out in my
favour. Regardless, here is a small concept for the masses on just how Average Fighter could look.
Special thanks to both Weekend Superhero and psylentknight for collaborating with me on this small little goofy idea.
