Fake Movie Posters # 1 - "Nerd With A Pistol"

This is the first of a series of movie posters I'm doing for fun and practice. "Nerd With A Pistol" is a parody of "Hobo With A Shotgun". The poster itself was inspired by the movie poster of Paranoia, which starred Brad "Cinema Snob" Jones.

There is currently no storyline attached to the name. Mainly because I don't feel it's a strong enough concept. At least, right now. But it makes for a goofy picture ;P

Apologies for lack of new updates.

I've been focused on school as of late. It's the final full week of class, and we had Monday off due to Easter. So, to say that the pressure's on is an understatement.

I'd go into further detail, but I'm just going to say that whether I graduate or not, it is my intent to further improve myself as an artist, and by extension, a person. It's a long road ahead to employment and more importantly, my dreams, but at least now I can see the road, figuratively speaking.

Instead of presenting myself as The Surfing Waffle character on YouTube, I made this robotic character with the intent to lead towards revealing that this character was in actuality TSW in disguise.

Things on YouTube didn't go exactly as played (the Hal-Con collab project, Wafflevision 2, The Naw Kids, ugh, you get the idea!), the story continued to develop and The Surfing Waffle and S.Waffle became one and the same.

This is the final of the first semester of Second Year Digital Animation. A lip sync combined with movement. I consider this to be my best animation to date.
